Component Design
Component design can be critical to its performance. Our many years of accumulated knowledge and practical experience enable us to offer professional advice in all aspects of product design, helping to reduce costs and enhance performance and service life.
We are able to provide a wide range of mouldings in all types of natural and synthetic rubbers including polyurethane, from one-off prototypes to larger production batches. Our extensive in-house manufacturing facilities include bonding rubber compounds to fabrics, metals, plastics and PTFE. All trimming, finishing and inspection operations are carried out on site to ensure the highest quality standards.
Working from a sample, sketch or drawing (including CAD files) we can quickly provide a quotation for products and associated tooling. We take all necessary control and responsibility for the product from initial customer contact to dispatch of the final product.
